CONFLICT: unstubstantiated claim that he was born to William
CAVE and Anna STONEHOUSE of England. As for the parents William
& Anna (STONEHOUSE) CAVE there is no evidence supporting the
claim. With Anna (STONEHOUSE) dead in 1691, and William CAVE at
age 65, it is unlikely that they had another child in 1703."

"Blanche A. Yoist, born 1858 at Pointe Coupee Parish, LA. She
was a member of the Mite Society, St. Stephen's Episcopal
Church, Innis, Pointe Coupee Parish, LA, on 22 February 1879.
She married Abt Brown on 9 February 1880 at Pointe Coupee
Parish, LA. She appears on the roll of active members at Mite
Society, St. Stephen's Episcopal Church, Innis, Pointe Coupee
Parish, LA, on 27 November 1881.
She married James A. McNeil before 1910 (Name may be O'Neil).
She died on 8 November 1926 at home, Beeville, Bee Co., TX, and
left no descendants. Her estate was probated in March 1928 at
Harris Co., TX.

TEXAS

TO THE HONORABLE JUDGE OF THE SAID COURT:
Now comes Anna Smith, a feme sole, C. W Yoist, Sallie Burrow, a
feme sole, Arthur D. Yoist, and James A. McNeil, hereinafter
called Plaintiffs, complaining of Charles Troy, Alma Yoist
Sullivan and husband, __________ Sullivan / Leona Yoist Milam
and husband Ned Milam / Jennie Yoist Williams and husband,
Sidney Williams / and Frank Yoist, Defendants, and for cause of
actions would respectfully allege:
I (a) That the Plaintiffs, C. W. Yoist and Sallie Burrow, are
residents of the County of Harris and State of Texas; that the
Plaintiffs, Anna Smith and James A. McNeil, are residents of the
City of Washington, District of Columbia; that the Plaintiff,
Arthur D. Yoist, is a resident of the County of Johnson and
State of Texas.
(b) That the Defendant, Charles Troy, is a resident of the
County of Montgomery and State of Texas; that the Defendant,
Alma Yoist Sullivan and husband ___________ Sullivan, are the
resident of the County of Anderson and State of Texas.
(c) That the Defendants, Leona Yoist Milam and husband Ned
Milam, Jennie Yoist Williams and husband Sidney Williams, and
Frank Yoist, are residents of the Parish of ___________________
and State of Louisiana.
II That on or about the 3rd day of March, 1928, the Plaintiffs
made, executed and delivered to the said Charles Troy a power of
attorney to grant, sell and convey touch person or persons and
upon such terms and conditions as he might see fit, of all their
right, title and interest in and to the East 1/2 of Block Number
Nineteen (19) of Walton’s Addition to the City of Beeville, Bee
County, Texas, according to the official plat thereof recorded
in the County Clerk'Õs office of said county and to execute,
acknowledge and deliver to the purchaser of purchasers of said
property all such deed or deeds or evidences of title as might
be necessary to convey the same and to receive the purchase
money or other consideration for the said land. That
thereafter, on or about the 18th day of August, A. D. 1928, said
Charles Troy, acting as attorney for the Plaintiffs, made,
executed and delivered a General Warranty Deed to the above
described premises to A. M. Robinson, his heirs and assigns, for
the sum of Fifteen Hundred Dollars ($1500.00) in cash, and that
the said sum of Fifteen Hundred Dollars ($1500.00) in cash was
paid to the said Charles Troy, as attorney for Plaintiffs, by
the said A. M. Robinson.
III
That the said Charles Troy now holds the said Sum of Fifteen
Hundred Dollars ($1500.00), together with interest thereon, in
trust for these Plaintiffs.
IV That the said property above described was the separate
property of Blanche A. McNeil, who died at her home in Beeville,
Bee County, Texas, on or about the 8th day of November, 1936.
V That at the time of her death, said Blanche A. McNeil had no
children or descendants of children and had adopted no children;
that she left surviving her her husband, James A. McNeil. That
her mother, Elizabeth Jane Yoist, and her father, Frank Moore
Yoist, both predeceased her. That the said Frank Moore Yoist
and Elizabeth Jane Yoist had the following children and none
other:
(a) Arthur, who died in 1907 or 1908. That at the time of his
death, he left surviving him one child, Arthur D. Yoist, who is
now living at Cleburne, Texas, one of the Plaintiffs herein.
That Arthur Yoist left no other children or descendants of other
children.
(b) Edgar Yoist, who died about 1889 or 1890. That the said
Edgar Yoist, at the time of his death, was survived by the
following children:
(1) Leona, now the wife of Ned W. Milam.
(2) Jennie, now the wife of Stephen B. Williams.
(3) Frank Yoist
(c) Sallie Burrow, one of the Plaintiffs herein.
(d) Christie W. Yoist, one of the Plaintiffs herein.
That the said Frank Moore Yoist and Elizabeth Jane Yoist had the
following children, all of whom died in infancy, unmarried and
without children:
(e Florence
(f) Minuette
(g) John
(h) Purl
(i) Stella
(j) Webster
VI That the said Plaintiffs, James A. McNeil, Arthur D. Yoist,
Leona Yoist Milam, Jennie Yoist Williams, Frank Yoist, Sallie
Burrow and Christie W. Yoist were the sole and only heirs of the
said deceased Blanche A. McNeil and had the following respective
interest in her estate, as follows:

VII That all of the interest of the said James A. McNeil in the
estate of the said Blanche A. McNeil was sold, transferred and
assigned by him to the said Anna Smith, one of the Plaintiffs
herein prior to the execution of the power of attorney to the
said Charles Troy and the conveyance by him to the said A. M.
Robinson.
VIII That the Defendant, Alma Yoist Sullivan, who resides at
Palestine,Texas, in the County of Johnson and State of Texas, is
claiming some sort of interest in the real estate above
described and in the funds now held in trust by the said Charles
Troy.
WHEREFORE, the Plaintiffs pray citation issue herein as required
by law and that they have judgement against the Defendant,
Charles Troy, for the respective portions from the sale of the
said real estate to which each may be entitled and for such
other and further relief, general and special, legal and
equitable, to which they may be entitled.

C). Sallie Yoist born in 1860 at Pointe Coupee Parish, LA. She
married John J. Burrow. She appears on the list of active
members of the Mite Society, St. Stephen's Episcopal Church,
Innis, Pointe Coupee Parish, LA, on 27 November 1881. Her
residence was Houston, Harris Co., TX; for about 40 years. She
died in September 1938 at Houston, Harris Co., TX. She was
buried at Crosby Cemetery, Harris Co., TX.
1). Abner Lawson Burrow Sr. Per a letter from his mother Sallie:
Works for RR, keeps books; same office for 28 years; Per Houston
City Dir: 1926. He married Teresa (Bertha E.) ................
His residence August 1937 was Houston, Harris Co., TX.
a) Abner Lawson Burrow Jr. He was born on 30 September 1909. He
was an office boy in 1928 at American Railway Express Company,
Houston, Harris Co., TX. He married Martha L................
circa 1929 at probably, Houston, Harris Co., TX. His and Martha
L. residence in 1933 was Houston, Harris Co., TX. He died in
August 1986 at age 76. His last known residence, per the Social
Security Administration, was at Pasadena, Harris Co., TX. He
Social Security Death Benefit was sent to at Pasadena, Harris
Co., TX. His Social Security Number was #460-09-3953, issued in
the state of TX."
