originally I saw the Death on GRO and assumed Hannah also born 1863 but I cannot find this - I've looked at GRO page and only Lankshear was Elizabeth Harriet in Bermondsey.
sounds like she is something to do with Barnard family.. Sarah Ann was still alive in 1863 as was it seems her mother also Hannah who above was be seen in 1871 census.
I thought perhaps a burial mix up in ages as next burial was 8 months old but I could see Ellen Sophie Barrett birth in 1862 which matches
Perhaps this Hannah is an aunt of Sarah...... and as living with Lankshear her name got confused
maybe the age on burial is a mistake - the name is so like what you would imagine Sarah might call a daughter after her own mother so I will leave as born 1863
