Whereas Robert Howey Sen. late of the county aforesaid deceased, by his last Will and Testament in writing bearing date the 15th day of March Anno Domini 1792 did therein among other things give and devise unto his two sons Isaac Howey and Robert Howey twenty five acres of Land and premise unto each of their Heirs and Assigns - And Whereas Robert Howey Jun. And Naomi his wife by one deed of Indenture date the third day of September A. Dom. 1797 did therein grant and convey unto Isaac Howey aforesaid his Heirs and assigns in fee simple, all the before mentioned twenty five acres of land and premises left unto him by his Father aforesaid being situated in the Township of Woolwich and County and State aforesaid. Adjoining unto the Southwesterly side of said Isaac Howeys other twenty five acres reference being had to said recited will and deed may more fully appease(?).
