And Naomi his wife by one deed of Indenture date the third day of September A. Dom. 1797 did therein grant and convey unto Isaac Howey aforesaid his Heirs and assigns in fee simple, all the before mentioned twenty five acres of land and premises left unto him by his Father aforesaid being situated in the Township of Woolwich and County and State aforesaid. Adjoining unto the Southwesterly side of said Isaac Howeys other twenty five acres reference being had to said recited will and deed may more fully appease(?).
