Tucker in trust until she shall marry or attain the age of twenty one years. I constitute and appoint John W. Martin as the executor of this my will, and also as trustee for my above mentioned niece

was this day produced in Court by John W. Martin the executor named therein and having been found by the oaths William Sandidge and Davis McDaniel the subscribing witnesses thereto together with B. F. Willman his security who justified as to his sufficiency entered into and acknowledged a bond in the penalty of $400 four hundred dollars conditioned as the law directs, which is ordered to be recorded, certificate is granted said John W. Martin for obtaining probate of said will in due form.
