The index to the compiled service records clearly separates him from the Henry Weigle who served in company B. I believe I have correctly identified this Henry Weigle, based in part on the 1890 veterans schedule transcribed below and the widow's name in the pension index by name (entry 4 below). (See the note on identification about the other Henry Weigle for more details.) But the similarity leaves me less confident than I would like to be.
