She was a member of First Presbyterian Church, Allentown.

Richard R. Brown Sr., 80, of Fountain Hill, died Sept. 4 in Cedarbrook - Fountain Hill Annex. He was the husband of Dorothy B. (Tunner) Brown, who died in 1997.

He was employed by Bethlehem Steel Corp. for 33 years before retiring as a general turn foreman at the basic oxygen furnace in 1982.

Born in Fountain Hill, he was a son of the late Silas M. and Annette (Sloyer) Brown.

He was a member of the Cathedral Church of the Nativity, Bethlehem.

He was a Navy veteran of World War II and a member of Fountain Hill American Legion Post 406.

He was a member of Fountain Hill Hose Company No. 1, Fountain Hill Republican Club, Fountain Hill Democratic Club and the Se-Wy- Co Fire Company, Wydnor.

Born in Port Carbon, Schuylkill County, he was a son of the late Harry F. and Miriam C. (Alexander) Wallace.
He was a Navy veteran of World War II.
He was a 32nd degree Mason in Lehigh Lodge 326 and a member of the Scottish Rite, Allentown, and the Rajah Temple, Reading.
He also was a member of the Rural Sportsman Association, Trexlertown, Lehigh Valley Trap Shooters League and the Pennsylvania Foundrymen's Association, Plymouth Meeting.
