"Clyde Mohler Dies In Miami
Former Resident Succumbs Sunday - Burial Made In Southland
Clyde E. Mohler, formerly a resident of Clinton county, living south of Bunnell cemetery for many years, died last Sunday in Miami, Florida, where he had resided for many years. Burial was in Miami. He was employed in the local shops of the Nickel Plate railway at one time and later worked on other railroads. Going to Florida about 1910 he had been employed as an engineer on the Florida East Coast railway for a number of years.
Mr. Mohler was born near Rossville March 2, 1873 and was the son of Henry and Rebecca Mohler. He was a member of the Episcopal church and the Masonic Order in Miami. Surviving are the wife, Mrs. Mae Mohler, of Miami; two children, Mrs. Clarence Heaton and Elmo Mohler, both of Frankfort; three sisters, Mrs. Stella Dick, Chicago, Mrs. Anna Brown, Marion and Mrs. Lula Beisel, Mulberry. A brother, Burton S. Mohler, lives in Miami. A brother and sister, Harry Mohler and Mrs. Josie Parsons preceded him in death."
