    3) 1770, Mary Ann HOWEY and Margaret HOWEY sold their rights to Soloman WELSH by quit claim
    4) 11 April 1774, WELSH sold his rights to George SHERER (SHERRER) by quit claim
    5) SHERER died intestate: left children all over age 21 who sold rights to younger brother, John
    6) 6 July 1785, John MORRESON took out a new right to the tracts for 100 acres.
