Naomi E. Carper, 94, The Village at Morrisons Cove, formerly of Woodbury, died Friday. She was born in Martinsburg, daughter of David E. and Anna Mary (Riley) Miller. She married the late James F. Carper. Surviving are three sons: Wayne of Hollidaysburg, Robert of Martinsburg and Steve of Woodbury; 12 grandchildren; and two sisters: Peggy Henry of Bedford and Joyce Bush of Martinsburg. Friends will be received from 5 to 8 p.m. today at S. Gerald Weaver Funeral Home, Woodbury, and to the 2 p.m. funeral service Sunday, Aug. 1, 2010, at Woodbury Church of God, Pastor Charles Riley officiating. Interment will be in Dry Hill Cemetery.
