June the first Saturday 1822
The Church met pursuant to adjournment and after praise and prayer proceeded by appointing Elder Thomas HILL moderator for the day and Thomas HILL Jr., clerk. Fellowship enquired for the Church on peace. The Church then called Elder Thomas HILL to the pastoral care of the church and also to the office moderator. Thomas HILL, Jr., was then chosen clerk. The church then proceeded to choose John HOPKINS and William WHITSITT to act as deacons and agree to send to Graham�s Fork and White River Churches for help to ordain them on the first Saturday in July next. Adjourned until the first Saturday in July next.

The Church met pursuant to adjournment and after praise and prayer
1st agreed to send a letter and messengers to the Silver Creek association praying admission into that body and that Thomas Hill, Jr., prepare the letter and present it at the next meeting for the instruction of the Church and that Thomas Hill, William BLANKENSHIP, and Thomas HILL, Jr., bear the same to the Silver Creek Association.
2nd The helps called for in the ordination of Brethren John HOPKINS, William WHITSITT to the office of deacon appeared (to wit) from White River Alexander CHAMBERS, from Graham�s Fork, Benoni HOLLINSEAD and proceeded with the assistance of Elder Thos HILL to ordain them by prayer and the imposition of hands. Adjourned until the first Saturday in Aug.

Met pursuant to adjournment and after praise and prayer set The Rules of Decorum that we entered on page second were read and unanimously adopted as the rules of Decorum of this Church.
2nd The letter to the association prepared by Thomas Hill, Jr., read and received.
3rd Received by experience for baptism Polly LOWRY. Adjourned until the first Saturday September next.

1st Received a request from some members of the Baptist Church wishing to be constituted into a Church State in the neighborhood of Mr. Bennett NAY for ministerial aid and counsel whereupon Elder Thomas HILL and Brethren Benoni HOLLINGSEAD, John HOPKINS, and Thos HILL, Jr., were appointed to meet with them on that occasion. 2nd Dismissed by letter William WHITSITT and Nancy WHITSITT. Adjourned.
