Then I give and bequeath unto Sarah Hill my Dearly beloved
daughter and James Hill and
Mary Hill and John Hill and Joseph Hill and Hannah Hill and
Rachel and Elizabeth Hill my dearly beloved children eight parts
out of ten of all my goods and chattels.
Then I give and bequeath unto Mary my Dearly beloved Wife two
parts our of my estate that is to be as much as tow of the
children and the land with the improvements during her life time
and after deceased the land shall be my son Josephs.
I like will and constitute and ordain Mary Hill my Dearly
beloved wife to be my only and sole Executor with Thomas Moore
of this my last will and Testament. In withness whereof I have
here unto set my hand and seal the day and year above written.

At a court held for August County the 17 day of May 1749 the
last will and testament of Wm Hill decd was professed unto court
by Mary Hill and Thomas Moore the Ex there in named who made
oath there to according to law being proved by oaths of John
Dobrien and Issac Joheufon two of the witnesses therto is
admitted to record and on motion of the Executors their
performing what is usual Certif icats is granted them for
obtaining a probate thereof in Duoform.
Josh Mary Hill, Thomas Moore, John Dawbins and Wm White filed an
instrument of
performance to inventory the estate.
