Arthur Hamilton Cochrane married Mary Hannah Tetley, daughter of William Tetley and Mary Gill, on 7 June 1905 at Paeroa; Wedding Bells Cochrane - Tetley A wedding of interest was celebrated at the Methodist Church, Paeroa, this morning, when Mr Arthur Cochrane of Auckland and Miss Mary Tetley, eldest daughter of Mr W Tetley, of Paeroa were united in the bonds of matrimony. The bride who was given away by her father, looked exceedingly handsome in a dress of cream silk voile, trimmed with ribbon ruchings and rich silk medallions, and also wore the orthodox wedding veil. She was accompanied by her sister, Miss Sarah Tetley and Miss Lily Silcock. The former wore a pretty dress of pink voile with a black hat and Miss Silcock was attired in a white silk dress with hat to match. The groomsmen were Mr J Short and Mr C Short. The bridegroom's presents to the bride and bridesmaids were handsome gold rings. After the wedding breakfast at the residence of the bride's parents, Mr and Mrs Cochrane left the by eleven o'clock train for Auckland. Ohinemuri Gazette, 7 June 1905, page 2.1
