Emanuel Dellinger and
Fannie Young. He married
Katie Trimmer at
York, York Co., Pennsylvania, on 1 September 1901. George was listed as the head of a family on the 1910 Census at
Lancaster Co., Pennsylvania. He died on 10 July 1961 at
Lancaster, Lancaster Co., Pennsylvania. He was New Tag Obituary from a 11 July 1961 newspaper:

Manchester - George W. Dellinger, Sr., Lancaster, formerly of this place, died at 12:40 a.m. yesterday in Lancaster General hospital. The husband of the late Katie Trimmer Dellinger, he was 79.
Mr. Dellinger, a retired carpenter, was born in York county, a son of the late Emanuel and Fannie Young Dellinger. He resided in Lancaster for the past 15 years.
Surviving are two sons, George W. Dellinger, Jr., this place and Irvin A. Dellinger, 19 Mt. Zion road, York; a daughter, Mrs. Naomi K. Sipe, also of Manchester; seven grandchildren, a great grandchild, a brother, Edward Dellinger, Hellam RD 1, and a half sister, Mrs. Rosie Fake, Delroy.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday from the Zeigler Funeral home, by Rev. I.K. Baker, retired EUB minister, of Red Lion. Interment will be in Mt. Rose cemetery, York."
