I, Belisant L. Harvey, Executrix of Arnold Harvey deceased do
hereby lease to Thomas W. McCants the Buildings and a portion of
the land around the buildings that had been allowed him to plant
by the said Arnold J. Harvey in his lifetime on the Broughton
Hall Tract, at the rate of one dollar per year for two years
from the first of January 1874, Eighteen Hundred and Seventy
Four to 1st of January Eighteen Hundred and Seventy Six.
I the said Thomas W. McCants do hereby lease the Buildings and
portion of land above mentioned upon the above terms and agree
to pay the said rent at the end of each year of his Tenancy.
