When James Peddy moved to Tennessee in the 1860's Mary Ferrer Harrison moved with her sister & brother in law, James C Peddy to Henderson Co TN (now Chester Co). Jan 7 1869 in Henderson Co TN, James Peddy was appointed Guardian of Elizabeth, James, William & Nancy Harrison as Jackson Harrison was deceased. That Mary A Ferrer Harrison & Nancy Ann Ferrer Peddy were sisters is confirmed by Hattie Lee BRAY ARNOLD CONE, born 1913 as she personally knew the children of these two sisters (also related). Mary Ferrer Harrison died about 1882 (tombstone broken) and she is buried in New Friendship Cemetery, Chester Co TN where descendants of Nancy Ann Ferrer Peddy are buried.
